1. From the time I place my order, how long does it take to receive my items? That depends on whether we maintain inventory on hand of the product or if it needs to be made specifically for you. Items we have current stock of can be available for pick up from the Springfield terminal within 3 days from date of order or approximately 1 week for pick up from the Kingman terminal. Special order items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive.

2. Will I have to pay shipping on my orders? Most items will not have a shipping cost. There are a few special order items that will have additional shipping cost from the manufacturer. If shipping charges apply, you will be notified at time of order.
